An area of disturbed weather is located about 250 miles southeast of Bermuda. Although thunderstorm activity is limited...this system appears to be developing a small surface low center. This system has some potential for further development over the next day or so as it moves northeastward at 10-15 mph.

I don't know about this one again. It's looks more ragged this afternoon and the convection is lacking more. But I think when these systems are this far north, they tend to have less or as deep convection with them then systems further south because of the cooler waters and enviorment. I think that's what we saw with Juan.
