And that 's according to the TWO:

An area of disturbed weather is located about 250 miles southeast of Bermuda. Although thunderstorm activity is limited...this system appears to be developing a small surface low center. This system has some potential for further development over the next day or so as it moves northeastward at 10-15 mph.

Sweet! I really hope some more convection pops up. I mean, SST aren't that bad. They are in the lower 80's, certianly possible for tropical development.

Wow, it has really gained some convection. I say 60% of being upgraded at 5, and if not there, then most likely at 11. It is really getting its act together. Look at the satelitte imagery. The convection is actually staying.

Looks like it might start to turn eastward.

Well, in the loop, it is sort of staying. http://www.ssd.noaa.gov/PS/TROP/DATA/RT ... -loop.html
I guess I am just too hopeful... Either that or it is the result of 6 hours of sleep. Either way, my eyes tend to decieve me.

I'm certainly not counting this one out yet, but it has lost a lot of its' convection. Could be just a pulsing phase or a reaorganization of the convection over a reforming LLCC further to the NW of the first/current one.

I don't know about this one again. It's looks more ragged this afternoon and the convection is lacking more. But I think when these systems are this far north, they tend to have less or as deep convection with them then systems further south because of the cooler waters and enviorment. I think that's what we saw with Juan.
