It sure is a fast loop. It takes some times getting used to the two systems moving parallel to and up the eastern seaboard.

maybe I should clarify- the first system was hurricane edouard and the 2nd one was of course Fran. I don't know, but a couple days ago I had a feeling this type of setup was going to occur.

Actually, there's nothing terribly "eerie" about it at all, given the general climatology. It's just a reflection of an active CV season. It ain't called "Hurricane Alley" for nothing! :wink:
