Who was that total idiot who messed up Brazil's chance at the gold medal in the Olympic marathon?

As far as I'm concerned, the winner should give him the medal as a gesture.

I saw that idiot push the Brazilian runner into the crowd....hope they make him run in place the rest of his life. That was so totally uncalled for. It seems though that he was happy with the bronze...did you see him run into the stadium with his arms up?
