Did NASA get the rocket up?

I read on here somewhere yesterday that NASA had a rocket on the launch pad and only a narrow window of opportunity to get it up in the air yesterday or today. If they didn't get it up, there was not enough time to get it off the launch pad before Frances arrives. I went to NASA's web site but didn't see anything about a launch in the past 24 hrs. Anybody know anything about this?

Yes, the last Atlas 2 went up with a satellite this morning.

Rocket launched, but the Orbitors are in danger as they are housed at NASA in buildings that are rated for CAT 3 winds...

I agree. this is a huge risk. they should have flown them outta there, IMO.
