NRL site now shows 65kts winds and 987mb pressure. You can also see the eye on satellite pic they have there.

Well there is an eye, but I think there still is lopsided convection and I think you are seeing more of a weak spot in the eyewall than the eye itself, but it is definitely intensifying.

Well yeah I agree there is an eye, I just think the satellite is a little deceiving. as the clear area is not directly centered over the eye, but probably on the SW portion of the eye.

clear is the eye...pretty evident here with curved convection completely wrapping from all sides...
the storm isnt symmetric around the eye yet....but i dont think the sat is deceiving about where the eye is.
