Could be close. Ridging to the n/ne should draw it towards land but then weakness creating by Ivan could pull the system into the classic n then ne-ward turn that skirts the coast (especially NC). Only question is to see what Ivan does in relation to a possible stall over the SE and whether it'll move far enough ne-ward to create that weakness for Jeanne.
