I don't know about anyone else on this board but there is for sure a CHANCE (key word here) of this coming in as a 5.

I'd say that the AP was right on in saying that there's a "chance."

AP or not, it doesn't really matter too much if it's a Cat 5 or Cat 4...
Even a low end Cat 4 (135 mph) would do massive destruction!
Case in point September 21, 1989....Hurricane Hugo...135 mph sustained winds...20 foot storm surge.
