recon reports suggest jeanne is now a TD
the latest recon shows that jeanne is nothing more than a weak TS at most, likely a depression. 34KT at 700mb. May be best to keep this at 35KT since 35KT was estimated at the surface, but even this is a stretch now

I don't want to dampan anything but the fact that it's survived at all over there is a mircle considering the time Jeanne spent over there, and whose to say it won't reach hurricane force again anyway?????
Jeanne is a fighter and is very weak but there are now signs that it is at least trying to get it's act togther.Hispolina weakened it,but did not destroy it completely.
