Now I know of the climactic circumstances that have to ocurr for a soup to develop, but there is one missing ingrediant in my understanding that has created it this morning. Over the last several days the Humidity/Dew Point/Temperature have all been in line with the status being 100%/60°/60°, repectively. So,,,, Today is the first time the Fog has developed in more than a year, to this extent, what has been missing in all the previous mornings, that has created the Soup Today. Is there another variable that I am unaware of that makes Fog happen?
