ADRIAN could pull a MITCH....
Mitch completely died, then redeveloped, then passed florida, and became extratropical. Could ADRIAN do the same?

Don't even mention the name, that's like mentioning Armageddon.

I agree Hurakan, Mitch is like the word that should not be said. So much devastation from that horrible cane, I don't want ot even imagine any like it again in my lifetime.
The second most deadly Atlantic basin hurricane in history is not something I ever want repeated in my lifetime, and even though the sheer natural beauty and awesome power of Mitch was unbelievable, he was truly the storm from Hell.

Because something like Mitch can only be compared to the of the world for those people in Central America that had to live through that. Also, I was not here in Florida when Mitch hit, I was in Cuba but we knew what was happening.

Uhhh....no.Is it just me or is this storm getting just a tad bit over-hyped?And why is Florida being mentioned so much, this storm would have to take a huge turn out of the forecasted track to even get close to Florida. Also this thing has not even made landfall in Mexico yet,we don't even know if it will even survive in the Carib.

Whenever in a tropical forum there is any possibility that the edge of a 5 day probability cone comes within 150nm from the coastline of a US state, there will be members who will at least mention there being a possibility of landfall there. This possibility approaches 1 as the number of members watching the event increases.
