
Working at a golf course I have very early mornings, right now I get up at 3:30AM I try to go to bed around 7:30PM, usually I fall right to sleep, but wake up about 3hrs later and I am unable to fall back to sleep again the rest of the night. Doc gave me Ambien to use just to re adjust my sleep cycle. It worked very well to help me sleep more hrs, but I didn't like the way it made me feel during the day(just a wierd spacey feeling) Now I am back to not hardly sleeping at all. The golf course just changed managment companys, so I am without insurance for 30 days until the new insurance kicks in. Don't want to pay the DR bill without insurance, so if anyone has any suggestions on getting a good nights sleep, I am all ears

Also I don't smoke, drink, or drink Caffeine.
