Pork, Beef, Chicken, Sea Food, oh shoot, if it doesn't bite back I'll eat it. If I had to be a vegetarian I'd never survive!

MF, rare! You are such an animal. Animals love their meat rare you know.
And don't you ever forget it!My wife says I eat my steak "almost moving"
In this day with Mad Cow...yes, the odds are high...but I sure wouldn't take my chance with "almost moving" beef.

As long as I don't hear any animal sounds as I'm eating the meat... I'll eat it. please No Moooo's, or Oinks or clucks or blood. Steaks need to be Medium well to well done.
We eat ALOT of chicken in our house... some cows and deer every so often.
God didn't put me on the top of the food chain for nothing.... I am here to eat the tasty animals!

Chicken and Turkey only. I avoid Beef now. Occasionally have it, but never a steak again (cancer survivor).
I'm almost a vegetarian though. We eat very little meat, when we do. And have at least 3 vegetarian dinners a week. Over the years we've decided we don't miss it that much!
Today my daughters and I ate lunch at Bruegger's Bagels. It was nice out so we ate outside. I ordered a roast turkey on toasted bagel. But the server must have thought I only wanted lettuce, cheese and tomatoes! By this time we were seated and the line was quite long. I didn't even bother asking for the turkey. And in the end, I didn't even miss it.
Meanwhile my daughter who's a vegetarian watches all of this and keeps saying - Mom, you need to just do it!
Trouble is, when I learned to cook, I was taught you always started with the meat first, and then planned your menu around it. Ham goes with yams and green beans. Steak goes with baked potatoes.
