Or also they are having problems with the Cuban Goverment not allowing them to use their airspace.

WAS ABOUT 5 KT TOO HIGH...BUT STILL OF TROPICAL-STORM FORCE. BASED
ON THIS A SPECIAL ADVISORY IS BEING ISSUED TO UPGRADE TROPICAL
DEPRESSION ONE TO TROPICAL STORM ARLENE.

Well if thats the ship that reported this morning, its no wonder that scorpion was reporting rough conditions at 5:00am.

5pm est will stay at 40 mph(My thinking). I think that will be the best with the over all look of the cyclone. In the fact that there is 3 different LLC moving around a parent low.

what are they in the NE and SE quades
