I would be, too. It has a lot more water ahead of it than TD 3. The only difference is that we don't know environmental conditions too far out for it versus the rather easier to predict forecast for TD 3... never easy really, but you get my drift.

Yep... Thats about what he is saying... Just read it.. I don't know about TD 3.. Just hard to say since the globals dont really show it... But I do think that the eastern wave will be a big concern down the road..
