Any word from Bastardi about either system?

This is the general tropical discussion area. Anyone can take their shot at predicting a storms path.

I am sure he is doing a silly dance about TD#3.

Basically he is saying ... and someone correct me if I am wrong ...

TD#3 hits between Galveston and mouth of Miss Riv by Tues night. As probably Cat 1 storm.

System east of Windward ramps up to a significant hurricane and threatens western GOM.

Heavy emphasis on silly!

I don't know what he is saying. I decided not to waste my $$ on him. Maybe someone else though has more to spend than I do and can tell us. ;)

Incidentally, he appears to be more concerned in the long run about the Windward Island system than TD #3.

I would be, too. It has a lot more water ahead of it than TD 3. The only difference is that we don't know environmental conditions too far out for it versus the rather easier to predict forecast for TD 3... never easy really, but you get my drift.

Yep... Thats about what he is saying... Just read it.. I don't know about TD 3.. Just hard to say since the globals dont really show it... But I do think that the eastern wave will be a big concern down the road..
