TD 3

I say TD 3 because it is about to enter favorable water, and Invest 97L is not even a TD yet. But it could be close.

It's going to be close but I think TD 3 will be named first. 97 L will become Dennis The Menace.

TD3 because we have recon in it and it's getting better organized.

I think that Cindy will belong to TD 3, although it is going to be close.

TD 3 would be Cindy and TD 4 Dennis in that case since TD 3 formed first.

Thanks Brent for clarification on that.

I say TD 3 only because it appears to be getting better organized and because it's already a depression, and because of recon and buoys. Without recon or a ship report I highly doubt the NHC goes straight to a TS with 97L. I say TD 4 late tonight or first thing tomorrow and then Dennis sometime tomorrow. Cindy will form probably in the morning at some point.

My two cents

Right now I would have to go with TD-3. The convection around the center has really fired up over the last couple hours and if that continues I think we'll have a T.S. very soon.

Edit: Looks like TD 3 may be Cindy at 11pm... so there's no contest now IMO. TD 4 probably at 11pm or 5am and then Dennis tomorrow sometime.

Yes it seems like the balance is tilting towards TD#3.

NHC will have a tough time with TD3 at 11PM. Next Recon goes in late tonight doesn it? Maybe they wait on Recon and upgrade at 2AM if necessary.

I think 97L becomes TD4 at 11PM.
