Current position:
REPEATING THE 3 PM EDT POSITION...25.5 N... 84.4 W.
Scenario #1: Dennis moves due NW (315)
Landfall: Pass Christian, MS (30.5N, 89.4W)
Scenario #2: Dennis moves NW halfway and NNW halfway
Landfall: Mobile, AL (30.5N, 88.1W)
Scenario #3: Dennis Turns due NNW now
Landfall: Pensacola, FL (30.5N, 86.9W)

Now, that's food for thought. So simple, though, I wonder why the "officials" don't use this type of example to educate their viewers and listeners. Kinda puts things into perspective. Thanks...

Pretty much. Right now a 317 (NW) heading would take it to Biloxi, and a 331 (NNW) heading would place it at Pensacola beach.
